I feel like it’s been a while since I talked about Morty Diamond here on HMFH – and that is totally unacceptable in my book. Not only is he one of the raddest porn directors out there, Morty Diamond is amazingly smart and engaging and turning the trans/queer porn genre upside down with his thoughtfully sexy and wildly arousing movies. But the real reason I’m thinking of Morty Diamond is a video that he just posted this weekend called Tranny Triptych, which features him and Glenn Marla – who, from what I can tell from his myspace, seems to be a fabulous performer in NYC (and apparently friends with people I know in Philly – weird!) - talking about navigating being trans and how they relate to their bodies. I’m not sure if this video was for something in particular, but it is awesome and totally worth watching.
